Very similar to Prosperity Creek, this 120-unit, affordable senior housing community is a joint effort with Wood Partners the City of Charlotte, the Housing Authority of the City of Charlotte, the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, and RBC Capital Markets. The community serves seniors at both 60% and 30% of area median income. Located in the southwest Charlotte community of Steele Creek, the community has ready access to new retail, restaurant, and service amenities, including a medical center.
